Hello,

I've recently got a PA1XPro and fiddled around with the sequencer. Here's the result:

Btw: it's a GREAT instrument...

Hi icyjamie,

This sounds very good : Goed gedaan !
I cannot resist asking why you did not record it in stereo.... the MP3 is Stereo, but it is mono information. Perhaps you can replace this file and put the stereo version ?

I must admit the tonewheel-organ sounds pretty good.

Perhaps, some day, depending on the support of Ketron..... I will change to Korg.

Stereo... er.... oh... damn... I will try to fix it... Seems like the panning was not as hard left and right as it should have been on my mixer (amongst other things).

The arrangers I had? A Roland E-20, E-30, G-800, then switched to pure synths, got fed up with them after 7 years and finally turned to PA1XPro.

I have a question.
What exactly is referred to by "waterfall keys"?
Thank you

The front of the keys drop down, like a full piano style key. Synth keys tend to be very thin, and the "diving board" shape creates a boucy feel to them. Waterfall keys seem to have a more solid, smooth feel under the fingers. It's subtle but very important doing wipes and such.

No I did not, but I watched a demo of it. I just saved half a year, selling 2 synths, to get a PA1XPRO, so I won't get me yet another board. The 760 sounds to me like the bandmember's best friend...
