Hi,

To PSR 2000 users:

On the Main Display of PSR 2000 (owner's manual pag. 22, 25...), we can see four indicators: BAR, BEAT, TEMPO and CHORD.
Whose circumstances (what is playing) we can see BAR, BEAT and CHORD changing their indications? Playing songs? Playing styles? In resume, when those indicators, inform something to the musician?
I have read the owner’s manual and I didn’t find any information about the utility of those indicators.

Thanks very much.

Regards
Carlos Rodrigues

Hi,
The PSR 2000 owner's manual I have dowloaded from,
http://www2.yamaha.co.jp/manual/pdf/emi/pdfe/port/PSR2000E2.pdf http://www2.yamaha.co.jp/manual/pdf/emi/pdfe/port/PSR2000E1.pdf

it doesn't answer to those questions.
Only already existent users of the keyboard can observe these details and answer.
Thanks

Hi,

Finally I have called to Yamaha.
They told me that along with the style playing (eg.: a 4/4 style) there is one Led above the START/STOP button then lights in red color in the first beat ang change to green color in the next beats of the measure.
At same time in the display the Indicator BEAT assume 1, 2, 3, 4.

Should work OK as long as you're not color blind.
