I have uploaded a new version of this MIDI-file utility for YAMAHA XG/XF.

The version hat got a lot of new functions. Look at the manual. For example: .kar-files are converted to .mid (format 0) by load and save only. The program is able to compute chords from the notes of MIDI-files and insert these as XF chordevents, which are displayed on the screens of YAMAHA keyboards.

PSRUTI is freeware.

thanks for your nice remarks. If you and others have some problems with PSRUTI, please send me a message from my homepage. I need the help of all users to free PSRUTI from all bugs. Please look sometimes at my homepage for new versions and you can read the reason for the updates.

the only freeware program I know is the midi2style from Jørgen Sørensen.

But I have to say, that it may be a bit difficult to get a perfect style from a midifile. You have to find suited note sequences for Intro, Ending and the other parts.

Another software is the program Style Works from EMC

The cost of the light version will be about 200 Euro.
