Hi members, I wonder if anyone can help. I have installed Ketron xpc and downloaded Ketron Ft., but every time I try to connect I get a "time-out" error. My X4 module is set to Pc in midi utilities as instructed

Assuming you have connected the PC to host cable properly, the X4 MIDI utility set to PC and selected a valid serial port in the Ketron FT software. Then your PC serial port might not be setup properly. First verify that your serial port is working. Try using a modem on it or a serial port tester. What OS version do you have?
