How do i convert smf files from my KORG N364 to mp3 ??

You're going to need software like Cakewalk Pro Audio/Sonar or Cubase. Basically you have to record the audio output of your N364 back into your computer while playing the SMF file and from there save it as a WAV/AIFF or MP3.
