What would you rather eat- one keyboard or two samplers?

I b'lieve I'll have the sampler plate . . . I just love those little cookies with the chocolate on one side.

Well, I can dig what you're saying, but for me it would very much depend on how they were prepared. Microwaved samplers would be a definate no-no, but a nice oven baked keyboard, for instance, would be ok- provided of course you used the right seasoning.

I've found that marinating for 12-24 hrs. before oven baking the keyboard really set things off. I usually use a variation of an Italian dressing, but you'll need to experiment to find what suits you.

Don't forget the garnish!

Was there another question in there somewhere, or are you content with the direction this thread has taken? Not that I'm against fine cuisine or anything . . .
