My store has grown and added new manufacturuers . Most recently I have added EV ( electro voice ) to my product line .

I had my webmaster update my site with new products being scrolled ( behringer , dean, motif ) and added a mp3 done with the SD1 . Some folks may have heard my tune "touched" , but of you haven't , click on the mp3 under the SD1 info .

If you notice any mistake's, let me know .

I know about one mistake under the customer testimonial's .

Dano

Wow. I didn't know SD1 sound so natural. Nice slap bass, rhythm guitar and drums.

Dan01, your own recording sounds clear, but the other Mp3 demos sound a bit muffled (trebles have been cut). Am I correct?

I think KN_Fan is most definitely correct here. I know I've used the Ketron-US web site's demos for examples in the past referring to muffled sound.

Dan01, here's the URL you are using for the SD1 Acoustic Drummer demo:

http://www.ketronus.com/sounds/SD1_5.mp3

(This appears to be 48K mp3.)

Here's the same demo found on the Ketron web site in Italy:

http://www.ketron.it/mp3/SD1/Ac_drummer.mp3

(This is a 128K mp3)

On my system here at work (and to my ears), there is a major difference in sound and clarity. Enough for me to wonder out loud, "Why is Ketron-US using those samples for their flagship keyboard?"

I will assume that Ketron Italy would not allow you to link to their samples.(?)

Your demo sounded great though and the new web site looks good.

Nice site, IMPRESSIVE SD1 song.
I totally agree with Jonas (KN_Fan) and Mike that your SD1 created song's (Touched) sound quality sounds much better than any of the Ketron website demos.

Funny thing is that, from what I recall, the SD1 that I auditioned (at length) 10 months ago, possessed that same 'muffled sound' that the Ketron website demo song's exhibit. Dan, curious if you by any chance had applied some outboard post efx processing (Lexicon efx Processor or?) to your song to sweeten the sound, or did perhaps Ketron make some recent SD1 OS update to account for this impressive sound improvement?

Btw: I'm still thrilled with the Motion Sound KP-100S you sold me. Terrific 'small-medium' venue size match for the Tyros/PSR2000, especially with the improved woofers I swapped the stock ones for.
