I have a person from Brazil who wanted to sell me PSR2100 for around $600 but he claimed that he could not contact me here in California. I find it odd.

Then he gave me a phone number in Brazil that he claimed was his and all I got was an answering machine. And he was sending emails as I was trying to call him.

Does this sound like fraud ?
