*sheesh*
I need a new battery, and I have no cards for my M1. I bought the M1 from a friend and I moved from one city to another before I could use it and I found that the battery was dead. I now would like to get a battery in there. Where and how do I do that? I'd like to install it myself. Where can I find a battery for this and how do I install it.
Secondly: Does anyone want to sell their old cards? Or where can I get them? Are they still available from Korg?

I saw an old post somewhere that said to buy the battery, a CR 2032 (3 volts), from an electronics store. It then gave instructions on how to install it -- too long to type here. But the address is http://nextdch.mty.itesm.mw/-rlopez/M1battry.txt. If that doesn't work, search "Korg M1" on Hotbot and the item should show up. It's from 9/5/95. Good luck. I'll probably be doing it myself soon.
