hey AJ, serious question....and with all due respect (sincerely!), why is it you are always around to post notices of when you are selling stuff, but you can never seem to find time to answer tech questions about Ketron products posted on the same forums?

For the most part, I try to get to as many questions as I can on all the forums I monitor (over 6 and counting). For me to get to a question (as I had listed over 2 years ago on this forum), you will have to have my name in the subject e.g "Question for AJ - RE: SD1 Sequencer". This is the ONLY way I can get to the question in time as I do NOT have the time to go through threads searching for questions that could be or couldn't be directed at me.

However for posting items for sale ... or just information, I simply type - and send - no searching, no going through what might or might not be there for me ... etc.

hello AJ, yes that answers the question...so it is okay to email you direct with technical issues regarding the sd1+, is that what you are saying? i just want to make sure before i do....btw i have emailed you direct in the past and gotten no response, and that combined with no response at all to a couple of questions on this forum led to the original post...as i said it was asked with respect for you, your knowledge and your position within Ketron, but i still had to ask.

Understood. I am glad you asked ... there are others who might 'think' such questions but never ask and it only leds one to asume.

The Ketron Tech Support address is "Tech@ketronusa.com". Based on the current agreement with the US distributors (CMC/Ketron USA), I only work for them on Mondays and Tuesdays with regards to Product Support and Repairs (10am - 7pm EST) within which I do respond to the emails sent to the above address. If you feel more time is needed, then I believe it's customers like you that will have to contact CMC directly (1-800-554-5982) and present such a request.
Forum emails I do when I get a chance to pop in. Place my name in the subject of the forum/thread and I will get to it before browsing through others ... if the time permits.

Again, thanks for your question. It will only help us improve.

thankyou very much for your answer..i will post some questions to that address, also i noted the actual days you are able to attend to such questions, and i will attempt to get send any emails prior to those days...i have to agree with you that not asking does lead to assumptions (mostly incorrect!!), so i thankyou also for your understanding in this..
