Is there a way to get the i3 to automatically play multiple midi's from the disk. When we have special events we like to use the i3 for background music. I will put 30-40 midi files on disk but I must select and start each song manually. Is there a way to get it to play all the songs on a disk automatically?

Hi Robertt, I have an O1 Pro but the sequencers are virtually the same, load as many songs as pos' into your korg and then go into seq mode and find the page where it says rename, copy FX, and next song, highlight next and with the value buttons select the song you want to follow the one your at. Next go to the song you have selected and do the same there, just repeat that untill you've done all the songs. When the first song finishes the next one will star and so on. It's most likely to be the last page in your sequencer.

If possible connect i3 with midi cable to
PC soundcard then you can play it comfortable through cable.
Jukebox MIDI players for DOS/Windows are available in net (simply search with www.yahoo.com). Can play random files or by list, by category...

For i3 it is important to send GM Reset
Sysex before each midi file. Some jukeplayers
can do this automatically.
