For those who want to see the Grandpiano that I build myself and in which I put the Tyros. Look At:

It's powered with a 2 x 250 watt amplifier

Hey thats cool! What kind of gear did you use? And is the Tyros removable from your piano? or is it permanently fixed?

Wow! Now that's creative. Just curious though. It looks like it's a bit difficult to access the style control buttons, data dial, and a few other lower keys..., or am I not seeing something in the pic?

Hi PaulvanBraak
Very nice. I want this Kb. How much does it cost? Is it 256 polyphony?

I am not a TYROS owner, so I do not really know what the unit looks like, but there is definitely a discrepancy in the keybeds between the upper and lower pictures ...

The other photos on the site give a little more insight into how this was built ...

PS ..... I can't be certain, but I don't think this will fit into the '5 minute' setup time required by some of the players here ... ...
Sure does add a classy look though ...

Yamaha CVP309 Grand Piano:

Compare above pic with Paul's Tyros-Grand Piano (below):

Hi Paul, wow, very impressive looking Tyros custom retrofit you performed to match the look/layout of the very costly Yamaha CVP309GP Clavinova Digital Grand Piano, which I bet sounds every bit as good as well. Thanks for sharing the pic. Congratulations. Scott
