If you hold your mouse pointer over the picture, it says "PSR s500."

We probably won't see a picture till Frankfurt...Yamaha are very tight lipped about this product.

Agree with Ian on this - I'm not expecting any more info/pictures on the PSR-S900 until (or just prior to) Frankfurt 2007. The fact that we have known about these new models for some time now, makes me think that Yamaha is not providing any information on them as they will be quite inovative and special - well that's the hope anyways.......only time will tell, and with less than 8 weeks till Frankfurt, there's not long to wait.

James

Hi George.
I thought it was a Wersi in action. Why is this Leigh making the demo out as though it is done purely on the E80? Talk about giving people the wrong impression. Anyone thinking of getting an E80 wants to hear the E80's drawbar sounds instead of the ones used here.

My guess is that yamaha wont put any super articulation sounds on the s900 in order to keep the T2 the best. But will it beat the T1

My guess is that it will have SA voices.

The PSR-3000 had the Mega Voices that were on the T1...perhaps the S900 will follow suit with the SA voices that are on the T2.

Hey,

bear in mind that I can't distinguish a Hammond organs on Wersi and E80. As I told in previous threads I haven't heard a Hammond organ live.

Leigh sent me some of his tracks wich had been recorded on E80 and Wersi combo and they sounded beautifully. I have no idea how the E80 demos have been recorded.

Regards,
George

I hope it will have SA voices - a big disapointment if it doesn't. I'm confident it will. Like Ian says, Yamaha always allows their new technology from the top-end boards to trickle down to the lower-end models. If S900 has no SA then I might just have to go for a T2 afterall.

James
