Was wondering if a midi arranger module could be hooked up, via midi, to an 88 note keyboard (Yamaha PF500/16 track sequencer capabilities) in order to lay down an accompaniment track.

Hi Zuki,
might be tricky, I gather you're using your piano as a controller for your arranger module, while at the same time using the piano's sequencer to record the module's style output ?

Just out of interest, what module are you using?

I used to manage to record styles/songs from my keyboards to the atari( notator sequencer) pre midifile days, with a midi hook up, but the memory's a bit rusty. A lot of midi in/out/and thruing involved.

best wishes
Rikki
