can anyone convey to me the correct way to hook up a Korg EXP-2 to the assign pedal socket/master volume? the manual is sketchy, at best.

thanks,
JP

Connect the pedal to the Assignable socket on the back, then go to the GLOBAL mode and assign whatever feature you wish the pedal connected to the socket to perform.

You can get the pedal to control your right hand on it’s own, left hand, tempo, whatever.

It’s all in the GLOBAL mode.

Kind Regards.
James.

As I said above, use the assignable socket.

It’s the one with Assignable/Pedal written on it.

Irishacts,
Thanks you for the reply. Programming the pedal is not a problem for me. The problem is the cable connection from the EXP-2 to the back of the keyboard. This becoming confusing to me because it is not well documented int the UM.
The EXP-2 has one input and two outputs connections. what goes to what I have no idea.
Regards,

JP
