Now that you've had it for a while, what do you think of Colossus? Is it the best GM+ set you know of?

Bigger is not always better

Tom, I am embarrassed to answer this question. I have not used it a great deal given that Kontakt just recently came out with a fix to accommodate program changes from midi files (or style files). In general, use the sounds are good but not as good as top of the line pianos (Bardstown's Bosendorfer, etc.), saxophones, trumpets and so on. But....once I can use it as a GM wavetable I will convert the styles to it and use the instruments as lead or melody instruments as well. It simplifies the my setup and loads the instruments quicker (instruments are smaller....in byte size terms).

I will get to it and let you know. A little slow on the draw these days.
