I spoke to the National Sales Manager for Generalmusic Friday and he said the first models will ship in June. He also suggested that soon after there would be a model in a baby grand type cabinet and then there would be other models including a non- speaker 76 key version.

Will there be a model designed for 133 lb. weaklings? I would be interested in the Genesys, but I cannot afford the orangutang who would have to accompany me to my gigs so I could lift this SUV-like keyboard. Well, I'm being disingenuous. It is a little expensive . . .

I need spinach just to lift the PSR2000 - well not a whole can. For the Genesys I would need a whole can of spinach plus a handful of anabolic steroids. Then I might be able to get it out of the box.

I don't know how to get the picture on this post. I tried a few weeks ago. I even sent the picture to someone on this forum so that maybe he could post the picture. Actually the picture I have from Generalmusic's CDrom press release, is not that great on an angle and the one Scott Yee posted is pretty good. I was told that the weight of the 76 key model will be about 15 -20 lbs. lighter.
