I'm serious!

I took delivery of a brand-new PSR-740 about two weeks before Yamaha announced the upcoming release of their new keyboard, the PSR2000.

So now I have BOTH of them sitting here, just looking at me. But only the 2000 has been played lately, and I sadly realize that I don't need the 740 any more (I spent over a grand on it, including the also-like-new $49.95 power supply, only a few months ago).

Interested parties please contact me by e-mail...

Hey Charlie, You should consider keeping the 740 and hooking it midi to the 2000, which is what I have. They play like one and when you can't find the right syle on the 2000 combine the two and you can come up with just about anything. Also I see you have a Boss br22. My biggest complaint with the BR22 was the limited space for recording, so I got a ZIP IDE250mb disk and installed it in place of the 100mb, which I now have in my computer. It will more than double your recording time and only cost me about $70.00.

Hey Guardman,

Happy New Year, and thanks for the info about hooking the two PSRs together. As for the recorder, I have the Boss BR-8 which uses 100MB Zips (no HD), so I'm all set (although those Zip disks are pretty pricey, around $10 each!).

Thanks again,

You should sell your keyboard on eBay. You'll probably get more for it. I sold a 18 month PSR740 that I used every day for $780 plus shipping throwing in some styles which were free for me and a midi cable. Some people on eBay don't know where the best deal is. I sold my other 10 month old PSR740 for $650 plus shipping and that one had seen a lot of use too. After I got $780 for the other one, I was sorry I didn't put the newer PSR on eBay.
So if you don't have any buyers yet, I would consider revoking your offer and selling it on Ebay.

Larry

Hi Larry,

Thanks for the tip! I am not a selling member of e-bay (I've bid and bought before only) but I'll definitely look into it. I don't absolutely have to sell right now, Thank God they're both paid for, but it's a waste watching it just sit here, gathering dust...

Hey Charlie, I was talking about the BR-8, don't know where I came up with 22. Sorry Charlie.
