Ok, I think I got it. Here's my last(I hope) question. I assign the tracks an instrument, BUT, how do I record drums? I would like to record the rythm first, but for some reason, when I record drums, it never works out. I usually dont assign anything to drums since I dont see them in the instrument list.

Most computer software will require that you put drums on 'channel 10'....just like the Casio drums. Internally, on the Casio, you can assign drums...just like any other tone. Example....on 'channel 1', select tone '500', and you will play drums on the Casio. To transfer that to the computer...you need to assign your current track (in the computer sequencer program...that you are recording the drum part to)...to 'channel 10'.

If you are making an 'audio' recording (instesd of midi)...then you can record from the Casio headphone jack, to the computer 'line in'...and whatever you hear on the Casio...will be recorded to the track.
