Hi,

I want to take advantage of my Alesis QS8's optical digial output. Can anybody suggest a good PCI card to record with? I am using a Blue and White G3.

Thanks

I have a Gina and it is good with the Break out box but it only has one pair of in/out for recording.
I've heard that the Lexicon cards are good and they have 4 in's x 8 outs; or something like that. You'll pay more though. Good luck.

I have a Yamaha DSP Factory and was thinking of getting the AX16AT for it. It has 2 pairs of ADAT connectors.

I'm not sure about availability or pricing for this card, plus I'd rather get something with both ADAT and SPDIF interfaces and some more analog intputs. Maybe also AES/EBU although I'm not sure what that's for!

Any recommendations? It would at least have to work with the DSP Factory and connect to my QS8.
