Hi all,
What product is best for copying my cassettes to CD's? I'd like to utilize the same product for future recording purposes.
Thanks,
zuki

Zuki,

Download a copy of Goldwave from www.goldwave.com This program was specifically designed for copying tapes and records to CDs and has all the tools to do a great job.

Merely attach the line out of your cassette player to the line-in on your computer. Everything is done in real time, so depending on how many tapes you have to copy, this could take a while.

The site may still have the freeware version available, which makes it even better.

Good Luck,

Gary

You may also want to look at sound forge 6 or 7. Great program for that and for doing a final mix of a CD project.

I know nothing about Goldwave, but SoundForge is very efficient, powerful and easy to use.
