Is there anyway to get seperate outs for drums v/s voices so that they can be mixed externally by the sound tech? I am thinking the only way would be to assign pan drums to right and voices to left.

On the same note is there any arranger keyboard that offers multiple outputs?

I believe the PSR 9000 Pro does.

None of the other PSR models do, maybe the Tyros, not sure.
You could pan rhythm to the right and voices to the left, but you will have a much more narrowed sound, even though most sounds are mono.

Thanks John.

When you say 'much more narrow sound', is it any different (or narrower) than just taking the mono (L+R) output? That is mono too?

The trouble I am having is a pre-mixed output sounds different on every sound system. When I am hooked up to larhe system styles seem to sound much more powerful and louder than voices (i.e voices get drained). On a smaller system usually things are okay. If I was able to use seperate outs then sound tech would have more control

It just seems to me that if I pan the style section to either left or right channel alone, there's a difference in sound that I can only describe as less wide, less expanded, more narrow and dry in sound.

I don't know if L+R gives the same effect, I never used it that way. I have a z2300 connected to it (2 satellites + boom box) and that remains stereo.

Tyros has alt. outputs. 3K does not.
