I have some questions relative to recording in my home studio. I went to the SZ "Studio & Recording Discussion" but there seems to be very little activity there. Can anyone suggest a discussion group where I might post my questions?
Thanks,
Deaton

Nearly everone here has recorded something. As Dave said, ask away.

If you you're looking for general recording information, this may be of help.

Great site Steve--lots of factual information, especially for those who are just getting started.

Thanks again for all your help,

Gary

OK, here goes. I'm developing my project studio around a Digidesign 002R with Protools 6.1 running on a Windows XP laptop. I need to find an external firewire hard drive compatible with this system. The drive needs to be Digidesign compatible, fast, quiet and containing an audio-ready chip set. Any ideas?
Thanks,
Deaton

Glyph (sp?) maks one that is a match for the Digidesign.
