I REALLY WANT General Music to have a winner in their new technology. I hope the Genesyss (I may have to learn to spell it) will be a success, and they will incorporate many of the advances into their other arrangers, perhaps lower in price.

ProMega is a different product. I heard both and they are both outstanding. However, ProMega with it's 320 note polyphony is different than Genesys with it's 64 voice polyphony. I am sure that we will see more than one model over the next year from Generalmusic using the Genesys engine. Generalmusic has always thought of a product as part of a whole line of products.
