Hi Glenn,

CD --> WAV (and/or MP3) = Audiograbber
WAV --> MP3 = Xing (Very easy to use.
WAV <--> MP3 or AIF or OGG or MOV or RM or whatever you want = Soundforge (a little more complicated but works excellent)
