Of course you can, but it would not be the easiest way to do it..

You can sequence using the patch/drum set on the Tyros, VIA the MIDI drum controller..non drum tracks can also be sequenced on added tracks[channels]..After you sequence the material, you can re-channel if needed, and write the style as you would with any SMF..I also think you can assemble this sequenced material via Sonar to a Yamaha style..
