Based on more residual damage than I thought I would have (see above), I'm going to sue the little jerk in civil court, claiming loss of income. This is a separate action from the criminal complaint I signed last week for the physical injury and break-in.

He has nothing but an old uninsured Cutlass. I'm going to place a lean on that.
