He put the policy in place to have everyone own a house...WHETHER THEY COULD PAY FOR IT OR NOT....and the Congress has known about this problem for a long time and did nothing! Get your wallet out, in 2010 the everyones tax's will go up! In fact if he raises them in 2009..he will just lie and say that Busches tax breaks have just expired...actually that's not until 2010.
