So introducing a little more of a bow in the neck wouldn't add some more relief to raise the height of the strings slightly?

Yes Kurt is a very honest vendor and always stands by his policy of allowing returning guitars that have a problem. I have bought a few guitars off him over the years plus I know many other friends that have as well. One of the guitars I bought did have a problem and he promptly had it picked up and sent the replacement.
