I've played the PSR8000, and the feel is pretty close to the X1. I think the Solton has an edge in stifness, maybe something that will annoy you. I expect the 9000 to feel the same. I'm going to pick one up as soon as they're out just to see what it can do - but the X1 is here to stay. I expect to be amused ny the Yamaha, but I doubt if I'll play it full time. One of them will be retired to my home studio desk. I'll let you all know which one, and why!
