I, too went through the Carpull Tunnel thing, but was cured ny regular visits to a chiropractor! It's true! My insursance covered it, and I heve not had a relapse! It's been about 5 years since it went away. Go for a free test and see if it'll work for you too. It took about 2 years of treatments, but they were kind of relaxing, and soothing. 2-3 days a week at first then about twice a week till the end. I'm 45, and I have the dtrengh in my arms that I had when I was 20!
