there is an additional program for the KN 3000 It's called HD-HSO 3000, HD System Extension for Technics SX-KN-3000 and HD Tech Editor 96, PC backup / restore software for KN 3000/HSO and KN 3500 Look in your mail. I have sent you three pictures of the manual.
