probably not very easily due to some of the special voices used by these keyboards.

This program may help, it converts midifiles to different formats gm , xg etc
but you're still going to have a fair bit of tweaking in front of you. http://www.svpworld.com/util_midiplayer.htm

I haven't actually used it, but Michael ( creator of the programs) is very helpful, though he's more of an expert on psr's ( not technics)
