Amen to that advice about getting a colonoscopy. I am a cancer survivor because of it, and regret every year I did not get around to doing it. I had stage three by the time it was detected, I have a friend of mine that caught it at stage two and he didn’t have to go through ANY of the chemo nightmare I had to endure.

Thanks to the colonoscopy, and the surgery and the chemo, I can now find new and more interesting ways to mess myself up! It is quite the revelation learning how to play with just my left hand for now!🖐🏼🤣
