Please educate me on your best VST setup.

What would be the best way to run VSL Synchron Fazioli F308, Spectrasonics Keyscape, Garritan CFX, Ravenscoft 275 to achieve the lowest latency?

Would you go with a Mac or a PC and what would be the ideal specs?

Would you be using an external audio interface and which one?

What is the minimum latency you have achieved in your setup? Does the latency bother you when playing a VST plugin?

Does it feel as responsive as playing a keyboard with internal sounds?

I will be using a Roland RD-2000 as my MIDI Controller.

Are there vendors who make specialized computers for making music? If so, which one would you recommend?
