I'm sure all the activities directors that I worked with before the pandemic have changed ( that was a problem long before COVID) Anyways, it will be like starting all over again. Wish me luck!
Around SW Ohio, I began seeing a lot of "churn" in the activity profession, but once Covid came along, it shot through the roof. So many talented AD's retired or left the professional for something different.
We'll never get that expertise level that we use to have a few years ago...
They are missed...
