Hi Scott!
Thank you for honoring my father. It says a lot to me about the kind of person you are - a fine human being.
As an aside in regard to my dad, he was born in a little town called Barns in northeast Kansas in 1895. When he was very young, he and his family travelled by covered wagon across the prairies to northwestern Oklahoma where he grew up. He served in France during World War I. He wrote his biography. We still have the handwritten pages. It was published and is a treasure. His account of his experiences while "on the trail" to Oklahoma makes very interesting reading.
Great to hear from you, Scott. Take care.
My Warmest Regards to You, Chuck
