He is using the following:-

Godin Midi Guitar (This uses a 13 pin connector, so it requires the GR-55)

GR-55 - What the MIDI guitar hooks into so it can produce the MIDI

HS9 - Used to trigger fill ins, start/stop with his hands

However to change the chords he is simply playing them on the GUITAR and the Midjay Pro (or SD40, or Audya 4 or SD90) simply follows his playing. No need anymore for bass pedals.

Attached is the complete instruction we extracted from the GUITARIST's CORNER in the SD40 and SD90 manuals downloadable here:- http://www.ajamsonic.com/downloads.html

GUITAR MANUAL ATTACHED. This explains step by step how to, when to, why and which method best suits your play style and music (kicking bass pedasl, using playback material where you are the one following the music ... or simply playing the guitar normally and the KETON module FOLLOWS you)!

You can also purchase the new OMB Midi guitar which has all in one (so you do not need a midi converter) or the CASIO MG-510. This gives you a direct MIDI out and you plug direclty into the KETRON product:- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xJBNYEIt4R8 (go to 03:28)!

Thanks,

AJ
