What eqipment is used here?

After 4:30 in this video, what eqipment is he using? I can see he has a Ketron Midjay Pro, but what else? Midi-guitar? Ketron K8 midi pedalboard?
And does this work With an SD90 instead of Midjay Pro?

Godin Midi Guitar (This uses a 13 pin connector, so it requires the GR-55)
GR-55 - What the MIDI guitar hooks into so it can produce the MIDI
FS-13 Pedal
K8 Midi Pedal (I don't think he uses in this video, but you can to switch chords)
HS9 - He refers to this to mount on the guitar and have switches to control like the FS-13 pedal

He is using the following:-

Godin Midi Guitar (This uses a 13 pin connector, so it requires the GR-55)

GR-55 - What the MIDI guitar hooks into so it can produce the MIDI

HS9 - Used to trigger fill ins, start/stop with his hands

However to change the chords he is simply playing them on the GUITAR and the Midjay Pro (or SD40, or Audya 4 or SD90) simply follows his playing. No need anymore for bass pedals.

Is anyone able to download the SD40 User Manual from AJAMSonic?

Every time I try it says the file is corrupt.

I believe the one on the AJAM site is a tutorial manual (from the file name)

I know the file size on the AJAM site is considerably larger (788k).

I was assuming this was one that A.J rewrote is why I was interested in it.
