Agreed, but this keyboard has issues with the keybed, so it's unsaleable, as-is. All the internals work fine, so the logical choice is to capitalize on it's strengths.
I've seen the insides, and I'm pretty sure I can cut the entire section where the keys reside, and just re-box the top section to make it more aesthetically pleasing.
I'm actually kind of excited to try this.
