I think it's really cool. I'd buy one in a heartbeat if I lived in an apartment and didn't like the looks of a 'conventional' setup in the public part of my living space. I think the design consideration was 'aesthetics', not whether or not someone can see your hands. Besides, it's not something I'd want to gig with anyway, unless it was a semi-permanent or 'house' gig. As Donny always says (but doesn't always mean ), you've got to be open to new ideas.
