I am still really enjoying the Roland EA7 in so many ways,....
I listened to Fran when I bought the unit and he said please give it a chance & you will be surprised at what it can do and whats inside. I'm so glad I listened as day by day in the last few months explored the OS & took the time to set it up for MY needs and was very happy with it's sounds, styles, features and all the attributes of this arranger KB which is flying under the radar for most people. Oh yes I sold my 2 KORG Pa4x units, & I could easily get a Genos or whatever, if this was the "OLD" me,.....but I have come to realize my past mistakes and anxieties overcoming my UNNEEDED buying & selling all the time addiction. I am not a gear junkie or hoarder never was,...if I don't use it its gone. It's really a disease that I am glad to be weaned off. If you just stop a minute ask your self do I really need this? what am I doing? what are my musical needs? look at all the useless gear stacked up in your room and say to yourself "REALLY?"
hey everyone is different with different needs but there are many ways to make music. It took me a long while to find that out and lots of $$$$$$$$$$$$$. I now sit back and enjoy playing every day and can look at what others are buying, & what's coming out at Namm, Musicmesse, etc, etc, with a different outlook for my musical needs now. I am not saying I will never buy something down the road if I really need it, but for now I'm sitting pretty and see nothing new that gets me excited.
BIG Lesson Learned.
