"Lightening FAST internet browsing" will depend more on your service provider (and the speeds they offer) than on your computer. Ideally, you should do your music production and Photo/video editing on a separate, dedicated, internet-free machine and everything else on one of your other computers (almost any relatively modern machine running Windows 10 should be just fine). Not SPECS (as you requested) but just some general things to consider when purchasing a new computer.
