"Lightening FAST internet browsing" will depend more on your service provider (and the speeds they offer) than on your computer. Ideally, you should do your music production and Photo/video editing on a separate, dedicated, internet-free machine and everything else on one of your other computers (almost any relatively modern machine running Windows 10 should be just fine). Not SPECS (as you requested) but just some general things to consider when purchasing a new computer.

Good advice .. Music Production should be a separated discrete element without any outside influences.

chas and Ron ... Excellent advice ... There are often 'transparent' programs running in the background that will cause latency problems when mixing different parts ...

Funny I have never had latency problems with Mixcraft pro 8...once you set up priorities in the DAW your good to go for recording etc...that said I have 3 laptops for musical performance already that have never been online at all...and two powerhouse Desktops too, but they need updates to new specs hence a New PC.
