. The little under-deck screen room is for cigar-smoking old pilots or weed-smoking musicians. My KeyB organ is in my football-watching/rehearsal room as it's too big for my modest 'studio'. Shower and Jacuzzi in basement bath has never been used as far as I know. Probably great for washing a dog if I had one. Anyhoo....I know you don't drink (nobody's perfect
) but hopefully you'll be up for a perfectly grilled filet mignon. Looking forward to your visit. I have some old (60's era) guitars and basses that I want you to check out (not to mention your Kymco 500 in the garage gathering dust
