Congrats Spalding on your new 'toy' money.

Not sure if your 1X will transfer to a 3 or 4. I had an 800 live for years and loved it. When I moved to the 3X, nothing transferred. I had to start all over. It was a long road, but well worth it.

Not played the 4, but hear the acoustic piano and midi file drum extracts are worth it alone.

I can say that the audiences love the 3X. It keeps ticking after 4 years, mile after mile. It still holds its value very well and I've had NOT ONE glitch with it (1000s of jobs).

I've never really thought much of the VH, maybe that has improved with the 4, but I could really care less about that feature.

Don M will be the guy to compare the two!

Best of luck.
