Plain water is a big part of what I drink, I avoid soda but love Sweet Tea that's popular here in the south. The strongest stuff I drink is a bold blend of coffee. French or Italian Roast, usually black, no sugar. I enjoy espresso too! I've kicked back a cup or two of espresso with our friend TonyMads.

Over 32 years ago I developed an alergy to any beverage with alcohol in it, if I were to drink any it would certainly kill me, maybe not today but in a very short time. I wasn't what you call a teetotaler, once upon a time I did enjoy Manhattans beer and wine, then the allergy kicked in.
