I have done some reserch and Barbara streisands version was made in 1987, and was a cover of the Bill Withers song Grandma’s Hands of 1973.
Unfortunately no music scores or Midi files appear to be available, (I have even checked fake books.) but CD’s containing these songs by both Artists are still available, so I should check the local online stores of your country of residence.
