Service has always been a problem with Wersi. Spend a lot of money for a Wersi and when it's time for repair or service they don't know you. It's better in the USA with Ralph Conti in Lancaster,'

Obviously you haven’t dealt with Wersi in Europe, since Music Store (One of the biggest Musical Instrument Retailers in Europe) bought the brand in 2010.

Music Store has a splendid service record... so do the other Wersi locations like Wersi Nord, Wersi Hochrhein, Wersi Nederland.. they all have excellent service and their own repair service...
Good thing about Wersi is since they use standard PC parts, most things can allways be replaced...
Actually if you want good personal service, i would adviise people to buy a Wersi at one of the above dealers.
