Now the MZ X500. I know that it have the same piano sample as the cgp-700. So if you want to know how the piano really sound you should listen to some demo's of the cgp 700.


The distortion came from the phones with which they recorded that MZ X500 video.


Okay, the piano's from the CGP 700, use the Air technollogy, the samples might be there, but the MZ-X lacks the piano string resonance or AiR linear morphing tones that make the piano's in the Privia series so good..

Which makes me believe that these piano's are okay for an arranger, but not enough for a stagepiano...
